Maintain production line equipment for PCB processes (electroplating, etching, lamination)
Maintain SMT line equipment, conveyors, chambers, and vacuum systems
Read schematics to troubleshoot to component level (mechanical/electrical)
Safely perform lockout/tagout procedures
Use diagnostic tools to monitor performance and diagnose root causes
Train production personnel and collaborate with teams to reduce downtime

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
2+ years maintenance/troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic
5+ years experience as maintenance technician or field service engineer
IPC-A-600 or IPC-6012 certification or equivalent
IPC-J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 certification
Familiar with Lean or Six Sigma (Five Whys)
