🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years plumbing experience (residential/commercial/service)
• Interest in mentoring career changers
• Strong communication and teaching ability
• Availability at least three evenings per week (Tue–Thu)
• Self-starter mindset; comfortable leading workshops
