Plumbing Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee financials: forecasting, billing, change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Subside field operations for safety, quality, and schedule.
• Lead project teams and maintain client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, PM (preferred)
• 5–10 years in commercial plumbing & fire protection PM
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, contract admin, change orders
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
