📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AV and workplace tech projects for enterprise clients.
• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; kickoff.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, and Statements of Work.
• Maintain project docs, trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and governance for delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-15 years PM experience in IT Infrastructure, AV, or Smart Building projects.
• Experience managing enterprise workplace technology deployments.
• Strong understanding of AV technologies and collaboration solutions.
• Experience with vendors, procurement, and third-party integrators.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
