PMHNP Residency Program - Hybrid

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses for children/adolescents (may prescribe)
• Collaborate with psychotherapists on integrated treatment plans and meds
• Work from our Pittsburgh, PA clinic up to 3 days/week
• Meet residency cohort and supervisor to discuss progress regularly
• Provide education and consultation for patients and families
• Manage diagnostic testing, including digital and lab results

🎯 Requirements

• National PMHNP certification (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner)
• 12 of 40 weekly hours during after-school hours after 4 pm ET or weekends
• Flexibility to work in-person at Pittsburgh, PA clinic up to 3 days/week
• Master’s degree in PMHNP/NP; recent grad or <=1 year PMHNP experience
• Active PMHNP license and PA DEA (or on track by start)
• 3-year commitment after residency (12 months + 2 years)
