PMHNP Residency Program - Hybrid

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children/adolescents.
• Create personalized treatment plans, including medicines when needed.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists on integrated treatment plans.
• Work from our Pittsburgh, PA clinic up to 3 days/week as needed.
• Attend weekly residency supervision meetings and progress reviews.
• Maintain thorough records and HIPAA compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• National PMHNP certification.
• Master's degree in PMHNP or related; recent grad.
• Active PA PMHNP license and DEA (or on track by start).
• 12 of 40 weekly hours after-school/evenings or weekends.
• In-person work at Pittsburgh clinic up to 3 days/week.
• Residency completion leads to joining Blackbird Clinical Services for 2 years.
