📋 Description

• Develop and sustain programme governance framework, including reporting cadence and artifacts.
• Ensure compliance with Change Delivery Standards (CDS) and promote awareness.
• Conduct regular reviews of adherence to established standards.
• Promote consistency across documentation, RAID logs, and change controls.
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of programme data in Clarity and ADO.
• Prepare materials for the Programme Steering Committee (ToR, progress reports).

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of PMO/programme governance experience.
• Proficiency in Clarity and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, track milestones, and maintain programme plans.
• Knowledge of CDS and risk/issue management.
• Financial oversight and budgeting for programmes.
