• End-to-End SVS Delivery Activities: Manage full program lifecycle (planning → execution → closure)
• Governance & Reporting: Define and drive governance, executive dashboards, risk & issue
• Business Transformation: Support large-scale banking transformation initiatives with measurable
• Data Quality: maintain accurate data in all sources
• Resource & Budget Management: Plan resources, track budgets, manage forecasts
• Change Management: Assess and manage change requests and impacts
