📋 Description

• Manage full program lifecycle (planning → execution → closure)
• Define and drive governance, executive dashboards, risk & issue tracking
• Support large-scale banking transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Maintain accurate data in all sources
• Plan resources, track budgets, manage forecasts
• Assess and manage change requests and impacts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience
• Strong Governance experience
• Proven delivery ownership (not just coordination)
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders
• Expertise in Risk & Issue Management, Executive Reporting, Project Planning
• Banking / Financial Services experience (preferred)
