PMO Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio data to support strategic decisions.
• Support portfolio planning, governance, and objective alignment.
• Develop dashboards and reports communicating progress, risks, and metrics.
• Track benefits realization to ensure initiatives deliver value.
• Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Support PMO frameworks, templates, tools, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in PMO/portfolio management.
• Experience in consulting or transformation environments preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, metrics, reporting, and visualization.
• Proficiency with Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
