PMO Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio data to support decisions.
• Support portfolio planning, governance, and business objective alignment.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing progress, risks, and metrics.
• Track benefits realization to ensure initiatives deliver value.
• Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Assist with PMO frameworks, templates, tools, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in PMO/portfolio management.
• Consulting/transformation or complex projects experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills: data analysis, metrics, reporting, visualization.
• Proficiency with Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred; strong communication skills.
