📋 Description

  • Gather and analyze portfolio data to support decisions
  • Support portfolio planning, governance, and alignment
  • Develop dashboards and reports on progress, risks, and metrics
  • Track benefits realization and ensure measurable value
  • Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across initiatives
  • Assist with scheduling, resource tracking, and accurate project data

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-6+ years in project management/PMO/portfolio management
  • Experience in consulting, transformation, or complex projects a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with data analysis, metrics tracking, reporting
  • Proficiency with Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred
