PMO Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio data to support decisions
• Support portfolio planning, governance, and alignment with objectives
• Develop dashboards and reports showing progress, risks, and metrics
• Track benefits realization and ensure initiatives deliver value
• Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across initiatives
• Create PMO tools, templates, and knowledge resources

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6+ years in project management/PMO or related field
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, metrics, reporting, and visualization
• Proficiency with Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI, or similar
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex information
