PMO Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio data for strategic decisions.
• Support portfolio planning, governance, and business alignment.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations on progress, risks, metrics.
• Track benefits realization and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and activities across initiatives.
• Create PMO frameworks, templates, tools, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills in data analysis, metrics, reporting, and visualization.
• Proficiency with Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI, or similar.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
