📋 Description

• Build partnerships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to understand priorities and improvement
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and scalability.
• Maintain an improvement portfolio with ownership, timelines, metrics, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional execution across HR, TA, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
• Lead HR and Talent Acquisition transformation projects from discovery through implementation using
• Analyze and redesign workflows to improve recruiting ops, candidate experience, hiring efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs in HR Ops, Business Ops, PM, or related.
• Strong Lean transformation and process improvement experience.
• Ability to analyze current-state, identify root causes, redesign workflows, and scale improvements.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping, A3 problem solving, 5S, and Gemba walks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and program management skills.
• Experience with HR technology, Talent/People Ops, or recruiting workflows preferred; automation/AI
