• Keep a portfolio-wide view across all live launches.
• Set up new launch projects with fast, consistent structure.
• Coordinate with clients' project teams to drive cadence and follow-through.
• Own tools and systems for launch tracking and knowledge base.
• Prepare and support steering committees; report progress to leadership.
• Capture lessons learned to create a repeatable playbook.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in project coordination/PMO, fintech/consulting.
• Exceptional organisation and coordination skills.
• Hands-on with project tools (e.g., ClickUp).
• Structured, proactive approach; anticipate needs.
• Strong communication with client teams and senior management.
• Fluent German and professional English.
