PMO Manager – Finance Transformation, LATAM

📋 Description

• Implement and maintain the PMO governance framework (stage gates, steering committee cadence, RACI)
• Act as the primary regional point of contact between the Global PMO Manager and LATAM project teams.
• Build and maintain integrated roadmaps and milestone plans across concurrent finance transformation
• Track interdependencies between initiatives and flag scheduling conflicts or resource bottlenecks.
• Own the RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) log for LATAM finance transformation
• Escalate material risks to the Global PMO Manager and regional finance leadership; drive mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years in PMO, project/program management, or finance transformation roles, ideally within a
• Experience supporting finance-related transformation programs (for example ERP implementations
• Experience working across multiple LATAM countries or entities within a matrixed or global
• Proficiency with PPM/collaboration tools (for example MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and analysis.
