📋 Description

• Lead PMO activities for non-financial risk across banking programs.
• Drive governance, portfolio oversight, reporting and delivery support.
• Develop DCIA guidance with Group Data Office collaboration.
• Design and deliver NFR dashboards and analytics.
• Coordinate NFR tooling and BAU across portfolio.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Stakeholder management across business areas.
• Self-starter with high drive and motivation.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills for large programs.
• Excellent verbal communication; comfortable presenting to large audiences.
• SAFe Agilist, PMP, MSP or Prince2 certification is an advantage.
