PMO Portfolio Lead

📋 Description

• Ensure delivery readiness of new projects (handoff, onboarding, governance)
• Own identifying, assessing, and managing project risks across portfolio
• Evaluate delivery health weekly and maintain client/internal reporting cadence
• Track RAID logs: risks, actions, dependencies, forecasting
• Own project financials: revenue, margin, forecasting
• Escalation: immediate escalation point for complex roadblocks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or related IT discipline; or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years managing multi-project portfolios
• PMP certification
• Experience coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Ability to connect portfolio financials, project execution, and business value reporting
• Strong attention to detail; synthesize portfolio insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
