📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery health and performance of a portfolio of strategic programs, ensuring
• Translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, delivery strategies, governance
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve project and program management methodologies
• Provide strategic guidance to project managers, helping them navigate complex initiatives, mitigate
• Monitor and manage portfolio-level risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and cross-functional
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior leaders by presenting options

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in project management, program management, portfolio
• Experience leading PMO functions or enterprise program management activities.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate, professional services, or service-based delivery organizations
• PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum, or comparable professional certifications are strongly preferred.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders, executive sponsors, and
