📋 Description

• Manage and prioritise a central backlog across relevant workstreams.
• Consolidate incoming requirements and translate them into clearly defined and actionable work
• Define objectives, expected outcomes, responsibilities, dependencies and next steps for individual
• Independently take ownership of prioritised work packages and drive them through to completion.
• Track deliverables, action items, timelines and dependencies, proactively identifying delays and
• Maintain structured documentation of progress, blockers, decisions and open points.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in PMO, project coordination or Delivery Support roles.
• Experience managing backlogs, work packages, action items, timelines and dependencies.
• Experience in complex transformation programmes or cross-stream project environments.
• Strong organisational, analytical and prioritisation skills.
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and backlog or portfolio management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience creating PowerPoint
