PMO Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Acts as the coordinator/administrator for the Program Management Software Solution
• Support continuous improvement of program/project management standards, processes, and methodologies
• Develop and report metrics and dashboards to track and display progress of programs/projects
• Ensures awareness of project/program status and issues. Develops and presents project/program
• Coordinates and tracks programs follow established standards
• Leads coordination and execution of PMO processes and meetings by preparing agenda and reports to

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, science, or closely related discipline is desired, or
• Has demonstrated excellence in breadth and depth within discipline and across disciplines
• Strong Project Management skills. Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering and
• Listens to and understands others' points of view and articulates tactfully and respectfully one's
• Works well with others in a collaborative, fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Strong presentation and management communication skills
