PMO Team Lead (On Premise)

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 Project and Programme Managers.
• Manage project demand, prioritisation, and resource allocation in line with business strategy and
• Support career development, performance management, and capability building across the PMO team and
• Drive proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of project risks, issues, dependencies
• Lead 1-2 strategic projects or programmes alongside people management responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Programme Management, Project Management, PMO leadership, or a related
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale business, technology, operations, or transformation
• Experience leading and developing project and programme management teams and demonstrated ability
• Experience working with senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders and strong background in
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
