📋 Description

• Facilitate ingestion and triage of announcements from card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Pulse
• Convert network communications into Jira for review and assess applicability to Marqeta’s business.
• Flag impactful announcements to product managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and avoid
• Engage with network partners to confirm receipt of applicable communications.
• Create and maintain Jira Epics for network communications.
• Support waiver and opt-in/out processes with issuing banks and client success teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in payment networks or payments ecosystem.
• Strong collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Ability to own tasks, drive accountability, and deliver high-quality results.
• Experience with Jira and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Process improvement mindset to reduce toil and increase efficiency.
