📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end podcast production.
• Manage pre-production: outlines, scripts, schedules; guest outreach.
• Oversee recording sessions and coordinate engineers for audio/video.
• Direct post-production: editing, leveling, finalizing episodes.
• Adapt audio for YouTube; optimize metadata and visuals.
• Schedule and publish across podcast directories; monitor performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience producing and managing podcasts end-to-end.
• Comfortable with Libsyn/Anchor and YouTube workflows.
• Strong project-management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with audio editing software (Audition, Audacity).
• Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and metadata.
