📋 Description

• Own end-to-end podcast production lifecycle
• Manage guest outreach, pre-production, and recording
• Edit, publish, and report on performance
• Coordinate with leadership, guests, and design teams
• Maintain schedules and production quality across episodes
• Remote role with CST working hours (US client base)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven podcast production experience
• Editing of audio and video content
• Guest communications and scheduling
• Publishing to podcast and video platforms
• Creating social clips and content repurposing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with Riverside and Adobe Premiere
• Descript familiarity
