🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience editing in an entertainment, podcast, or creator-driven industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ability to craft engaging stories and rhythm with editing.
• Deep understanding of camera composition and how it relates to story structure.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Autopod for multi-camera synchronization.
• Expert in the latest video editing software and techniques.
