📋 Description

• Sync and assemble multi-camera footage into compelling full-length podcast episodes, typically
• Edit dialogue with clean cuts, natural transitions and dynamic pacing while preserving the
• Clean and balance dialogue audio to deliver a clear and consistent listening experience.
• Remove dead air and unnecessary pauses while maintaining the natural rhythm and substance of
• Identify and label 4–6 strong moments within each episode that can be developed into social media
• Create rough timelines for vertical social media cutdowns, with final polish and packaging handled

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience editing long-form podcast content in a premium YouTube style comparable to
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Autopod for multi-camera synchronisation is a plus.
• Working knowledge of dialogue cleanup, audio balancing and basic audio post-production.
• Strong understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, B-roll selection and audience retention in
• Ability to identify compelling moments from long-form conversations and adapt them for social media
