Policy Coach (Director/VP+)

📋 Description

• Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions
• Participating in ongoing training to improve coaching
• Communicating with members via Mento email or chat
• Sharing coaching tools to enhance our practices
• Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community
• Being kind, respectful, and empathetic in all interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Director/VP+ with 15+ years in public policy roles
• Strong operator with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with regulators, policymakers, or lobbyists
• AI policy, platform governance, privacy, or data policy a plus
• Coaching certifications valued but not required
• Willing to commit 12+ hours per month for 24+ months
• Remote work based in North America or Europe
