Policy Processing Representative

📋 Description

• Accurately review and clear new business submissions in a timely manner while maintaining strong
• Populate underwriting applications with the information required to rate, document, and issue
• Bind and issue new and renewal commercial insurance policies in accordance with established
• Process policy endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, non-renewal notices, and renewal
• Review policy information and supporting documentation to help maintain data integrity and
• Troubleshoot booking, accounting, and policy-processing discrepancies and coordinate appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, particularly in business, technology, insurance, or a related
• At least 1 year of experience in an office or professional business environment.
• Previous insurance industry experience is preferred, particularly exposure to policy
• Experience working with core business systems and applications is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
