📋 Description

• You will serve as the Mountain View operational backbone of the Labeling Policy Program.
• Translate complex ML data requirements into consistent, high-quality labeling policies.
• Drive rapid policy iteration and create golden datasets to enable fast labeling queue setup.
• Provide technical guidance to vendor labeling teams to run multiple queues effectively.
• Address edge cases and regional nuances to reflect country-specific driving rules.
• Enable quality and process improvements across labeling workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or program management with a focus on ML
• Operational project management: able to work independently on operational workflows and manage
• Core ML data lifecycle understanding: dataset curation, labeling pipelines, data quality metrics
• Analytical aptitude: ability to perform data analysis with tools or simple automation scripts to
• Adaptable & detail-oriented: comfortable in a dynamic environment and translating vague needs
