Define and build metrics, tools, and analytics to monitor portfolio and forecast margin
Own quantitative metrics computation for strategic decisions and portfolio repricing
Understand margin and claims drivers for gross and ceded business
Contribute to reinsurance plans and renewal strategy with Risk teams
Support new countries to define and build portfolio monitoring and forecasts

🎯 Requirements

Have at least 2 years of experience in insurance and portfolio monitoring
Fluent in English and French
Master portfolio analytics and forecasts at micro level
Comfortable with SQL and ideally in R or Python
Analytical and structured with a fact-based decision-making style
Willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
