📋 Description

• Valuation ownership: quarterly updates for assigned assets.
• Update DCF models, assumptions and movement analysis.
• Model improvement via Excel, VBA, automation.
• Independent valuer and audit support with external providers.
• Portfolio enhancement: identify value creation opportunities.
• Support portfolio management and decision making on performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• Infra/renewables valuation or asset management experience.
• Discounted cash-flow and debt modelling skills; advanced Excel.
• Strong fund management knowledge for debt and equity.
• Strong written skills for valuation and investor papers.
• Progress towards CFA/ACA/ACCA or similar qualification.
