Portfolio Associate/ Senior Associate - Development Portfolio Management Team

📋 Description

• Investment analysis & financial modelling for development platforms and portfolios
• Develop platform modelling to evaluate IRR, downside scenarios, capital needs
• Assess impact of development timelines, capacity, grid connectivity, permitting, and
• Prepare investment committee materials, funding recommendations, and governance materials
• Monitor portfolio performance, track milestones, and manage capital allocation decisions
• Coordinate with portfolio company leadership and internal specialists to align on investment cases

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in private equity, infrastructure, renewables, investment banking or similar
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment-analysis skills
• Experience preparing IC/board materials
• Understanding of returns, capital allocation, risk and value creation
• Analytical mindset with clear, commercially grounded recommendations
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
