Portfolio Manager, Business Clients (FX  Payments)

📋 Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client value
• Deliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management
• Enable clients to maximize Converas platform, combining self-service with expert support where it matters
• Execute a disciplined commercial playbook, balancing proactive outreach, pipeline development, and relationship management
• Support our Business Development team through early engagement with new clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B sales & account management with growth results
• People-first but pragmatic; strong relationship skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot) and AI tools
• 2+ years in cross-border payments and ICPs
• Demonstrated ownership of a book of business with revenue/quota
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence; FX/payments a plus
