📋 Description

• Commercial Management: Be responsible for the commercial management of multiple development
• Be the first point of contact with each developer, manage day-to-day coordination and communication
• Lead on value maximisation of each development project including time of exit, sale preparation
• Provide strategic oversight and direct management of portfolio companies, providing briefings and
• Monitor valuation and financial performance of investments to optimise returns and conduct regular
• Identify and mitigate risks related to the performance of the portfolio, enhancing investment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in managing investments against investment
• Pro-active and self-starting senior team member with a strong sense of ownership, 'can do' attitude
• Proficiency in financial modelling, accounting and project management.
• Experience in establishing and managing corporate governance structures.
• Experience managing and driving strategic initiatives for a portfolio of businesses/developers with
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging and influencing a diverse
