• Collaborate with Credit, Product, and Legal to shape the business
• Create playbooks and standards for repeatable results

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in commercial finance or fintech lending
• 2+ years leading a team
• Portfolio ownership across multi-product lending
• Financial and credit acumen; covenant, lien, collections
• Strong commercial drive and upsell track record
• Excellent communication and executive presence
