📋 Description

Own full lifecycle of Flexport Capital client base.
Grow exposures and right-size facilities as clients scale.
Lead a team of Account Managers at scale.
Set strategy for capital portfolio growth with leadership.
Partner with Credit, Product, and Legal to shape the business.
Build senior relationships with CFOs/CEOs as strategic partner.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in commercial finance, fintech lending, or related field.
2+ years managing a team.
Portfolio ownership with revenue, retention, and credit health.
Financial and credit acumen; covenant, lien, UCC, collections.
Commercial drive with upsell, cross-sell, expansion revenue.
Data tools proficiency; Salesforce and Claude; dashboards.
