Accountability for the successful delivery of real estate projects in the Americas Region or as
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Global Facility Planning and
Align real estate outcomes with business objectives in partnership with internal partners and
Work with external real estate service provider to ensure standardization, consistency and accuracy
Review/negotiation commercial lease documents.
Execute complex global real estate transaction that balance cost, flexibility and business needs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or Finance (MBA preferred)
7 – 10 years of negotiating commercial leases
Proven success in leading real estate transactions in the Americas
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable real estate plans
