Portfolio Monitoring Unit Associate

📋 Description

• Track and analyze portfolio company performance across the cycle.
• Collaborate with Origination Deal Team on financial/strategic initiatives.
• Engage senior leadership on performance trends and KPIs.
• Prepare quarterly reviews and analyses for Portfolio Management Committees.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly valuations using financial models.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Macro and ESG for quarterly reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in Private Equity, Asset Mgmt, Consulting or IB.
• Strong investing and financial acumen; able to analyse financials.
• Able to build and interpret financial models, incl. DCF.
• Strong communication; capable of presenting to stakeholders.
• Multi-tasking ability and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English; Asian language skills a plus.
