Portfolio Operating Executive

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and integration across multiple companies within the control investments portfolio.
• Manage post-acquisition integration initiatives spanning finance, IT, HR, commercial functions, and
• Develop and implement integration playbooks, synergy tracking frameworks, reporting processes, and
• Support add-on acquisitions, platform investments, and post-merger integration activities.
• Build strong relationships with founders, boards, executive teams, deal professionals, and
• Represent the investment firm in founder and leadership discussions with professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience working with private equity portfolio companies, in management consulting
• Proven experience leading M&A integrations, post-acquisition execution, and synergy realization.
• Strong financial knowledge, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, and capital
• Demonstrated success driving operational transformation and EBITDA improvement.
• Experience with program management, PMO frameworks, and the development and execution of
• Broad business understanding across finance, HR, technology, and operations.
