Portfolio Operations Manager, Commercial

📋 Description

• Own client relationships for a portfolio of approximately 100-200 MW of distributed solar assets
• Provide monthly asset performance reporting, combining executive-level summaries with detailed
• Translate technical performance data into business impact, connecting lost production to revenue
• Proactively anticipate client and portfolio needs, manage expectations, and protect relationships
• Support client retention, renewals, and overall portfolio health through effective cross-functional
• Coordinate service reporting and support field technicians completing work at client sites.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial operations, asset management, field service management
• At least 2 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with 3+ years of overall professional
• Proven client success or customer service experience, with excellent written and verbal
• Familiarity with solar monitoring DAS platforms, system alerts, performance data, and
• Experience reading and interpreting solar system design drawings.
• Solid understanding of solar PV technology, including components, installation, monitoring
