• Own SMB audience strategy and positioning for ChatGPT Business and SMB B2B solutions, translating
• Lead thought leadership and content strategy, using practical education, demos, and customer
• Develop go-to-market programs for priority SMB industries, equipping Sales, Partnerships, and
• Partner with Growth and channel teams on integrated campaigns, lifecycle marketing, communities
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to turn roadmap innovations into audience-relevant
• Build and lead a high-performing team, establishing measurement frameworks to assess engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing or go-to-market leadership, including building programs
• Understanding of how SMB owners and teams evaluate, buy, and adopt software—from resource
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear positioning, audience narratives, and thought
• Experience building content and enablement programs spanning customer education, practical use
• Highly analytical, with experience connecting marketing investments to conversion, adoption
• Strong people leader who can attract top talent, set a high quality bar, and build new functions in
