Portfolio Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day portfolio reporting operations and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to
• Oversee reporting workflows to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of client
• Manage and support Addepar and Orion environments, including account setup, coding, custodian
• Monitor daily data integrity, alternative asset reporting, system integrations, and exceptions
• Manage monthly performance updates, ongoing platform maintenance, system updates, testing, and
• Lead reporting-related onboarding for new advisors and client groups, including account

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience in investment services, wealth management, portfolio reporting, or a
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring team members, or overseeing operational
• Strong understanding of portfolio accounting, investment data, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Addepar and/or Orion strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and advanced proficiency in Excel.
