• Review and update construction documents for accuracy.
• Maintain construction budget details; place inspection orders.
• Assign inspection orders to nearby inspectors and track scheduling.
• Communicate with lenders, contractors, inspectors to obtain documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders via email/phone for order fulfillment.
• Schedule site inspections with field inspectors and expedite orders.

• Excellent attention to detail in reviewing docs and gaps
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors, inspectors
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced env
• Experience in US mortgage documents review process
