Post Closing Specialist

📋 Description

• Review original closing documents to ensure proper execution.
• Follow up for corrections on closing documents.
• Partner with Capital Markets to answer investor questions.
• Manage a large loan queue in a timely fashion.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management when appropriate.
• Assist in training newer team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years residential mortgage lending experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• PC proficient at intermediate level.
• Team-oriented with good customer service.
