• Advise clients on legal rights and draft case documents
• Handle post-conviction relief cases (motions to vacate, expungements, etc.)
• Attend motion hearings and advise clients on strategies
• Manage court appearances, draft motions, interview clients, and research
• Analyze probable outcomes using legal precedents
• Manage workload of cases

🎯 Requirements

• Criminal Defense or Immigration Law experience
• Experience handling criminal cases at state/local level
• Team player open to helping and strategizing
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber
