Post Conviction Relief Attorney

📋 Description

• Advise clients on legal rights; draft case documents
• Manage post-conviction relief cases (motions to vacate, expungements)
• Immigration experience desirable; liaise with criminal/immigration teams
• Attend motion hearings and advise clients after hearings
• Handle open criminal cases: arraignments, pre-trials, pleas, sentencing
• Manage court appearances, drafting motions, interviewing clients, and research

🎯 Requirements

• Criminal Defense or Immigration Law experience
• Experience handling criminal cases at state/local level
• A team player open to helping, strategizing, and working with fellow associates
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, but not required
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber
