• Responsible for post-conviction relief cases, including motions to vacate, expungements, motions to
• Attend motion hearings on behalf of clients and advise clients following each hearing about the
• Handle open criminal cases, including arraignments, pre-trials, pleas and sentencing on behalf of
• Manage court appearances, drafting motions, interviewing clients, and performing legal research
• Analyze probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents

• Criminal Defense Experience or Immigration Law Experience
• Experience handling criminal cases at the state and local level
