Support Global Atlantic processing and TPA oversight for post-issue annuity admin.
Partner with operational teams, product, compliance, legal and vendors.
Establish policies, procedures, and strategies for efficient administration.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of post-issue transactions.
Drive continuous improvement of customer experience via QA controls.
Analyze issues and develop recommendations to solve.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
5 years of life/annuity or TPA vendor management experience preferred.
Inforce and claims experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of operations and process improvement.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
